Branding for a small diner in Huntsville, TX

MISTER BURGER is a small fast food diner based in Huntsville, TX. Inspired by midcentury eateries and the “prison city” moniker for Huntsville, this rebrand concept gives the restaurant a cohesive style that combines old ideas and themes from the original brand with new, modern design language.
To explain the iconic mascot’s Mr. B’s new look, we came up with a fun campaign about Mr. B’s great escape from prison. The transition period between old and new brands was Mr. B’s time in the clink, and his great escape marks the launch of the new brand. Now, out of prison with a new look, Mr. B is back to make delicious burgers at his old diner.
